When You Receive Your Tickets
Please check all of your tickets for accurate performances, dates, times, and seat locations. If you feel there is an error in your order, please call us at 858.459.3728 or email BoxOffice@LJMS.org.
Performances and Preludes
For Performances and Preludes, please allow ample time for parking. Select performances will have a Prelude. Ticket holders are invited to arrive early for Preludes. These lectures, musical performances, and artist interviews begin one hour prior to each selected performance.
Our Ticket Services Office staff will be available at the venue two (2) hours prior to the performance time and will distribute Will Call, sell additional seats to the current performance, and answer seating questions.
GraceNotes – an email with program notes, artist biographies, directions, parking information, and more – are sent out to ticket holders before each performance. Special email notifications are also used to deliver updated information or communicate any changes to a performance. To confirm we have your preferred email account on file, please call our Ticket Services Office or send an email to the address listed above with your preferred email address, mailing address, and last name of your account.
All sales are final, and no refunds or adjustments can be made to ticket orders. La Jolla Music Society tickets are non-transferable. Only current Series Subscribers are eligible to make exchanges. All programs, artists, dates, times, and venues are subject to change.
If your tickets are lost or stolen, please contact the La Jolla Music Society Ticket Services Office as soon as possible. All replacement tickets will be held for you at Will Call. We are only able to replace tickets purchased through the La Jolla Music Society Ticket Services Office or our website.
Donate Your Tickets
In the event you cannot use your ticket, you may turn your ticket into a tax-deductible donation to La Jolla Music Society:
- Contact the La Jolla Music Society Ticket Services Office no later than two (2) business days before the performance date and time printed on the ticket.
- Verification of the destroyed ticket must be received in order to be eligible for a tax-credit. Please mail the unused ticket to us or fax/email us a photocopy of your destroyed ticket.
- Tax-credit receipts are only issued after the performance has occurred. A tax-credit receipt acknowledging the value of the ticket donation will be mailed to the current name and address of the purchaser listed on our patron account records – no exceptions. Donated tickets are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
