Encounters HeaderSummerFest Encounters provide an opportunity for you to get up-close-and-personal with the music and the musicians to deepen your understanding and enjoyment of the programs presenting during SummerFest. Past Encounters have covered in-depth considerations of music history and theory, roundtable discussions with composers-in-residence, and presentations on developing a successful career in music as well as special Performance Encounters, for that intimate chamber music experience.
