C'est La Vie

a little bit French and a lotta lush

The Baker-Baum Concert Hall

Why do we love French music? The music elicits an ancient grace that is awe-inspiring and oh, so romantic. The French have always been fine connoisseurs of romance, with an impressive musical repertoire to reflect their expertise. Camarada’s C’est La Vie program offers music that alternates between pristine simplicity and an enchanted and rhapsodic atmosphere – the harp sparkles like a mirrored ball. The music of Duruflé, Debussy, Frank Bridge and Jean Cras promises to fill you with “a sense of wonder.”

flute, string trio, harp, piano
