• Steak Frittes: Flat iron steak with sarladaise potatoes in a béarnaise sauce
• Grilled Mahi Mahi: Mango and papaya chutney with soba noodles in a yuzu emulsion
• Ricotta Cheese Ravioli: Baby spinach, pine nuts, and dried apricots in a sage butter sauce
