Freshly baked rolls with sweet butter and 1 Glass of House Chardonnay or Cabernet Sauvignon served with meal

First Course:

Butternut Squash Veloute with crème fraiche, chanterelles, and kurobuta crackling

Entrée: (choice of one)

• Coq au Vin: Braised free range chicken in a burgundy red wine sauce with truffle potato puree

• British Columbia King Salmon: Sun dried tomato risotto and fennel in a saffron tomato broth

• Hard Red Winter Wheat Linguine: Roma tomatoes, arugula, asparagus and fiscalini aged cheddar

Dessert: (Freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee will be served)

Cranberry cheesecake with crumble and eggnog ice cream
